Il Corbezzolo” located in the hilly countryside of Marti, in the province of Pisa is ideal for a farm holiday in Tuscany. Farmhouse Il Corbezzolo lies in the heart of Tuscany where you can reach important art cities such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca in just a 30 minute drive. Not much farther you can visit Volterra, Vinci, San Gimignano and Viareggio as well as spas like Montecatini or Casciano Terme. This vacation home can be easily reached with international airports and train stations such as Pisa and Florence are also only a 30 minute drive away.

Il Corbezzolo has an impressive setting, with panoramic views from every window, surrounding by vineyards, olive orchards and woods, with the owner’s main villa close enough to the two apartments for rent, providing privacy and at the same time a guaranteed service. The Corbezzolo, its Latin name being Arbutus Unedo L., also known in English as “Strawberry Tree”, produces a red fruit shaped as a round small half and inch ball, from which the owner prepares exquisite juices and jams!

Staying at Agriturismo Il Corbezzolo to live a farm holiday in Tuscany you can choose to take the trekking within the estate’s 7 hectares (20 acres) paths with informational stations detailing local herbs, insects and trees species, or ask them to participate in the fruit picking, taste fresh vegetables, home made preserves, or the estate produced olive oil and wine.

At your request (and an extra charge) you can enjoy a home made Tuscan meal choosing from an array of options in order to taste the local delicacies such as mushrooms, truffles, wild boar all cooked within the tradition of Tuscany’s country cuisine.

A superb garden of endemic flora, trees, and shrubs, perennial and annual plants surrounds the houses, with a pool, a gazebo, a BBQ and an outdoor firewood oven at full disposal of the guests.

While enjoying a farm holiday at Il Corbezzolo, you can choose to stay in any of the two apartments, Elena or Marta. The two flats are completely independent, decorated with Tuscany-style vintage furniture, equipped with satellite TV, Internet connection, laundry facilities and all the comforts to offer you a comfortable stay.
