Buca dei Merli is a beautiful house in the architectural style “leopoldina”, build more than 400 years ago by Duke Leopold of Tuscany. The has a large living area, with a beautiful fireplace, and open spaces all around it, a patio, a loggia, garden and pool.
It has a master bedroom with crib, private bathroom and access to the loggia or balcony. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed also with an en suite bathroom, a third large bedroom with three twin size beds with and finally a loft with two more sleeping places, these last two sharing the third full bathroom.
The two farmhouses are located closely, creating an additional choice for those of you that want to vacation in groups of friends, yet having your own luxury in independence and comfort.
The view extends onto rolling hills of wooded land, olive orchards and vineyards that surround the villa’s garden.

From this luminous farmhouse you will be able to see the whole valley, while overlooking a terraced olive orchard and the pool which you can access directly from your private terrace.
Frono has a living room that will want you stay there forever with plenty of windows that merge the house into the woods that surround it. On the ground floor the house has a full kitchen, a dining area and a large living room with fireplace, views and access to the terrace. The master bedroom with a king size bed and its own bathroom are only on this level.
The second floor has a large bedroom with three twin size beds and another bedroom with a double bed that share one full bathroom.
