A wide lush garden surrounds the property. A crystal clear pool with Jacuzzi is located at the highest point giving way to splendid views of the rolling hills that make Chianti famous.
By the swimming pool there is a salon with a kitchen fully equipped with professional stove and oven, brick oven, grill, refrigerator, and a dining area that seats 12 people comfortably.
Adjacent to this is a barbeque grill for outdoor cooking, a changing room with shower, bathroom and sauna. This independent area allows the guests to spend a relaxing day by the pool without the need to return to villa.
The farmhouse is decorated with antiques from the 15th century and is spacious, bright and full of open spaces that flow into each other. On the ground floor, the large living area opens up to a small dining room and also into the bigger dinning area close to the kitchen bar. The kitchen is well equipped with your every need anticipated. There is a vintage stove and oven, two refrigerators, freezers, dish washer, drip coffee machine, espresso coffee machine and ILLY coffee pods!, microwave, toaster, juicer, and more!
You will be able to set the most elegant dinner table with fine bone china, crystal goblets and silverware. Careful attention has been paid to every detail so that you can relax with friends or alone by the flat screen TVs provided in every room.
The upper floor offers comfort and luxury in its ample bedrooms, tastefully and uniquely decorated spaces and modern bathrooms. Each room has its own bathroom in suite decorated with hand-painted ceramic tiles from Deruta (Perugia). The main room's bathroom also has a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath.
