Villa Le Magnolie is a magnificent Tuscany farmhouse that can sleep 8 to 12 people located at the heart of one thousand hectares of woods, olive groves and farmland with natural springs, in the valley of the Arno river. The Valdarno is one of the most beautiful and historically important areas of Tuscany. Only a 15 minute drive to Florence, 40 minutes from Siena and 1 hour from Pisa, ideally located for historical city visits and yet immersed in nature.
Villa Le Magnolie is one of 6 villas at Fattoria Casamora, yet completely independent with its own 5.7 meter X 11.5 meter pool (17 x 35 feet), out-door dining area, garden, and comforts. Surrounded by the foothills of the Pratomagno mountains, the villa is surrounding by breathtaking views.
If you stay at Villa Le Magnolie, you have access to Fattoria Casamora’s entertainment and leisure facilities, its library and theatre, the common pool, reading and game areas, wine-bar and restaurant.
This Tuscany farmhouse has large common rooms, with door-windows along the garden, which enhance the beauty and exquisite taste with which the villa has been decorated. On the ground floor there is a dining room, set for 12 people, laundry room, kitchen, living room with fireplace, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and bathroom en-suite, and two more bedrooms with queen size beds and bathrooms en-suite. All bathrooms are decorated with travertine marble and modern lighting in order to fulfil the most demanding international traveller’s needs.
The beautiful stone staircase leads to the second floors distribution hallway, that leads onto the three bedrooms all facing the garden, with double beds and bathrooms en-suite. The trick to making this villa extremely comfortable is the ability to add two additional suites, that are adjacent to it, to make it ideal also for 12 people. The interior space has been planned with flexibility in mind, to meet guests’ special needs.
The antique furniture, family pictures, decoration details and lighting, endow all spaces with the charm of ancient villas, yet with modern comforts such as central heating, crystal glasses, silverware and kitchen appliances making the villa suitable to live in all year round.
