This impeccably restored Villa in the center of Tuscany is a splendid vacation home perfect for events and weddings. Lo Spino is a fenced property hidden from view within 40 hectares (100 acres) of private woods where you can walk or jogg several miles of panoramic paths along vineyards. Surrounded by pristine wildlife you may spot deer, wild boar, hare, herons and pheasants amongst other species.
The villa is located near the medieval enclave of Montebenichi with its panoramic views stretching from Siena to Arezzo, close to fine dining, as well as the famed thermal spas at Rapolano Terme. Surrounded by vineyards, almost adjacent to the well known winery of Villa La Selva, you may choose to visit the cellars and taste their wines.
This luxurious farmhouse in the heart of Chianti allows you access to their romantic lake that you can explore on two safe pedal boats. Additionally, you entertain yourself in the pool, the Jacuzzi, or playing tennis, bocce ball, or plainly visiting historical cities nearby.
It is only 25 minutes away from Siena by car, 35 minutes from Arezzo and 50 minutes from Florence. It is really close to the Crete Senese, the Tuscan badlands with their famous hills of colored clays and Travertine outcroppings, as well as the towns of Montalcino and Pienza with their splendid architecture and renowned wines.

Villa Lo Spino has been tastefully restored and decorated with fine Tuscan linens from the owners’ own factories in Prato. Luxurious and comfortable this traditional Tuscan farm house has been restored around the large communal spaces making it spacious and allowing for private corners within the common areas.
A stone fireplace warms the spacious bright living areas, furnished with light coloured couches and tastefully chosen decoration pieces. There is also a large conference room, a separate annex and dinning hall to accommodate as many people as can sleep in the house.
Villa Lo Spino has 8 luxury rooms with king size beds each with its own private bathroom; in 3 of them there is an additional sofa bed on a stylish mezzanine. There are two additional rooms with two twin size beds each also with its own private bathrooms. Every room is characterized by its own style, antique furniture and delicate brocades.
