Seaside Villa Lividonia, Grosseto, Monte Argentario, Tuscany

Villa Lividonia is at the northern most point of Monte Argentario, in the midst of 100 year old cypress trees, with 60 year old vines pergola, and beautifully maintained gardens, overlooking the Mediterranean sea.

Monte Argentario, in the province of Grossetto, used to be an island and is now a peninsula connected to the main land by three isthmuses, resulting from centuries of sand sediments.

This seaside villa is only 3 kilometers (2 miles approximately) from Porto Santo Stefano, a bustling and attractive harbour and yachting marina, with seashore excellent restaurants, shops and an active nightlife. From here one can take ferries, and cruises to Giglio Island, Giannutri, Monte Cristo and Elba Island, hire Zodiac (inflatable motor boats) for daily trips, or even do scuba diving and snorkelling.

The main house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which en-suite, and two of which with bathtubs. The bedrooms with each has its unique style and charachteristics, two of them with queen size beds and fireplaces and two of them with two twin size beds each.

Further, the annex adjacent to the house is a full apartment with another queen size bed and bathroom en suite.
